Demi & Lolade Oloyede: Co-Founders of Pure Earth
As sisters and first-generation immigrants, Demi and Lolade Oloyede both faced the same challenge after moving to the U.S.—unexplained allergic reactions caused by everyday cleaning products. This experience led them to a crucial realization: many so-called “green” products were far from non-toxic. Determined to find a solution, they combined their unique expertise and passion to create Pure Earth.

Demi, a U.S. Navy veteran, brought her discipline, resilience, and leadership skills to the company, determined to protect families from harmful chemicals. She saw a gap in the market for truly non-toxic, eco-friendly products and took action, leading the creation of Pure Earth’s plant-based cleaning solutions.
THIS IS LOLADE
Lolade, with a background in the food service industry, added her deep knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene to the mission. Her time working in the industry gave her firsthand insight into the importance of cleanliness and safety, making her acutely aware of the need for safe, transparent products that people can trust.
